Description
Kameguchi Usunigori is a lightly cloudy sake from the Niigata area, its name referencing the mouth of the cask where sake is first drawn, evoking freshness and immediacy. The usunigori style retains a small amount of rice solids in suspension, softening the body and adding a gentle creaminess without the full opacity of a conventional nigori. Niigata's characteristically soft water gives the sake a delicate, clean foundation beneath its light cloudiness.
