Description

Junmainanakamba Hiyaoroshi is an autumn release under Hikami Seishu's Nanakamba label, brewed in winter, pasteurized once in spring, then aged through summer and shipped in the fall without a second heat treatment. This single-pasteurization, tank-aged approach produces a rounded, mellow character with developed umami and a smooth, harmonious finish. It represents the seasonal culmination of the Nanakamba pure rice style.
