Tousonnigorizake is a lightly cloudy (nigori) Junmai from Chikumanishiki Shuzo, honoring the legacy of novelist Toson Shimazaki, a famous son of the Nagano region. Using Miyama Nishiki polished to 65%, this creamy, textured sake reflects the brewery's 1681 roots in Nagano's mountain-fed Saku basin.
