Heiwanishiki Shuzo Co.,Ltd

Gifu
The building is the one at the time of its founding (160 years old) in both the main building and the brewery, and is made by making use of the climate of Oku Mino. Because it is a small sake brewery, it is of course handmade. The tools used are used to be used, and there are no large facilities. The amount made at one time is also limited. That's why the yeast that has been in the warehouse for a long time and the sake created by the traditions of Mori and Kurajin is the taste of only Kintsen and Peace Kinu Sake Brewery.
