Junmaishu Ginjo is made by polishing only Yamada Nishiki rice grown in Tottori Prefecture to a rice polishing ratio of 50% and fermenting it for a long time at a low temperature. It has an elegant ginjo aroma and a solid flavor of rice, and is a quality that you won't get tired of drinking, and it goes well with food.

Nice earthy almost okay flavor with a bright finish that has a very distinct yet subtle sweetness. Quite dry and extremely smooth!
