Higashiyama Sake Brewery, which pursues special sake brewing in Kyoto Fushimi, has inherited the preparation that values the history and tradition of sake in the tradition of Mori, and continues to grow pure rice sake that pursues the original taste of sake. Currently, Yasuo Hosaka, Nanbu, is brought up carefully in the "skills" and "experience" cultivated over many years.
