Agricultural corporation Ginza Honeybee and Nagayama Sake Brewery have been born in the sake rice reconstruction support project, which has been promoting every year since the earthquake. Using 5 million stones from Fukushima Prefecture, it features the umami and sweetness of rice like a mountain monkey.
