Junmai Daiginjo Tamahagane

🍶
Description

Junmai Daiginjo Tamahagane is Hikami Seishu's flagship prestige sake, taking its name from the legendary high-grade steel used to forge Japanese swords, a fitting tribute to Okuizumo's iron-forging heritage. Crafted from 100% Hyogo-grown Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 35%, it expresses an elegant, refined aroma with silky texture and a clean, lingering finish. The brewing uses Hikami's signature foam-free yeast strain, which the brewery is credited with helping to develop.
