Description

Junmai Daiginjo Miyanomatsu is a pure rice daiginjo from Matsuoshuzojo in Saga Prefecture, combining premium daiginjo polishing and fermentation standards with the additive-free purity of the junmai classification. Saga's soft water, drawn from the underground aquifers of Kyushu's volcanic terrain, contributes to the delicate, smooth texture characteristic of the Miyanomatsu label. The absence of added distilled alcohol allows the inherent rice character to express itself fully within the refined daiginjo aromatic framework.
