🍶
Description
Josen-grade sake from a brewery whose name derives from a historic square well on its grounds, founded over 200 years ago in Ohike, on the Fukuoka border of Oita Prefecture. Brewed using subterranean water from the Hikosan range, the house style favors a mellow, round-tasting profile suited to washoku pairings. The Kakunoi label has been the brewery's signature since the Meiji era.
