Description

Masukagami's J55 line takes its name from the brewery's junmai philosophy and a 55% rice polishing ratio. This Sokujō (speed-fermentation) version uses the aromatic No. 1801 yeast for a clean, softly fruity character with a light, crisp mouthfeel and a gently dry finish.
