Nigata
It is the smallest brewery in Sado. The amount of preparation is only for the amount of human eyes at one time. However, we do not deny mechanization, and if it is good, we will incorporate it. Nevertheless, the rice is added to the steamed rice to the steamed rice, and then the five senses are sharpened by manual work. Even if the times change, it cannot be changed here. I've been making it carefully so that you can think you have come across good sake.
