Yamada Nishiki from Kuchi-Yoshikawa polished to 35% is drip-pressed as shizukuzake and cellared for one year before release in this Ehime muroka genshu daiginjo from Isizuchi Shuzo. It has received IWC awards and delivers concentrated, refined ginjo character fully unfiltered and undiluted.
