A junmai from this Yokkaichi brewery founded in 1862, brewed using the ancient two-stage brewing method (koshiki nidan jikomi) and soft subterranean water from the Suzuka mountain range. The sake has a light citrus aroma, subtle lactic character, gentle carbonation, and a clean, transparent finish at 12% alcohol.
