In an old book that describes the situation, there is a description that says, ``I am from Suzuka Province.'' and ``the land of delicious sake'' and ``the makurakotoba of Suzuka, which is famous as a production area of ​​sake''. You can see that it was. It has been 150 years since we founded Daikokuya Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten in 1869 (Meiji 2). We are still brewing sake today. In order not to be ashamed of the "Ajishu Suzuka Country" that has been handed down over a long history, it is the destiny of sake brewers in this area to solemnly brew delicious sake.
