Description
* Sake Competition 2018 JUNMA GINJO GOLD 1st. A plump, sweet and gorgeous fragrance similar to pear. A solid taste with smooth sweetness and umami. A sharp aftertaste that disappears with the bulge of sourness. This junmai ginjo sake boasts the perfect balance of these. You can enjoy it deliciously either cold or hot.

Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten Ltd.
Mie
Suzuka in Mie Prefecture, where our brewery is located, has long been known as Umasakezu Suzuka no Kuni because it has long been known for producing delicious sake. This is the 'Yamatohime-no-Mikoto no Seiki', a procession of Yamatohime-no-Mikoto's visit to search for a place to be enshrined at the command of Amaterasu Omikami, and to set it as the current Ise Jingu Shrine. In an old book that describes the situation, there is a description that says, ``I am from Suzuka Province.'' and ``the land of delicious sake'' and ``the makurakotoba of Suzuka, which is famous as a production area of sake''. You can see that it was.
It has been 150 years since we founded Daikokuya Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten in 1869 (Meiji 2). We are still brewing sake today. In order not to be ashamed of the "Ajishu Suzuka Country" that has been handed down over a long history, it is the destiny of sake brewers in this area to solemnly brew delicious sake. I will continue to brew.
