Description

Yume Ikkon, a Fukuoka-grown sake rice cultivated with reduced pesticides, is used for this aged junmai genshu from the 1699 Kurume brewery. Extended maturation draws out the rice's inherent umami and depth, creating a full-bodied, cellar-worthy sake that rewards warming as well as chilled service.
