Description

Yume no Kaori rice polished to 70% is the base for this 2016-vintage kijoshu (sake-on-sake brewed luxury style) from Niida Honke in Koriyama, Fukushima. Kijoshu uses sake instead of water during brewing, producing a rich, sweet, deeply textured sake suited to long aging.
