Description
Hyakuban Junmai Ginjo Namagenshu Yellow Label from Iwanoi Shuzo in Iwate Prefecture is an undiluted, unpasteurized junmai ginjo with rice polished to at least 60%. Iwate's cold northern climate provides ideal conditions for slow fermentation, and the raw genshu format preserves the sake's full-strength freshness and vibrant fruity aromatics.
