🍶
Description
It is a pure rice Daiginjo made of natural water that uses "Yamada Nishiki" one of Fushimi Nanitsui "Shirakikuiui" as it is. It is dry with a sake degree + 4 degrees, but you can also feel a clean and beautiful sweetness because it is prepared with "Shirakikuiui". It is a very compatible liquor for Kyoto supplements because of the combination of pungency and sweetness.
