Honjozo milled to 70% from Akitakomachi rice, produced by Hokushika in Odate, Akita, at the heart of the Shirakami Mountains and Towada-Hachimantai region. The Yuki no Towada label evokes the snow-blanketed landscape of Towada, with a clean, lightly dry style suited to daily meals.
