Description
Honjozoorochinohimatsuri is a tokubetsu honjozo from Shimane prefecture that takes its name from the Yamata no Orochi fire festival, drawing on the ancient myth in which the god Susanoo defeated the eight-headed serpent by plying it with powerful sake. As a tokubetsu honjozo, it is brewed with a higher rice polishing standard or special method, producing a sake with a brighter aroma and cleaner finish than standard honjozo.
