Description

Honjozo Genshu Shigakensannihonbare uses Nihon Bare rice grown in Shiga Prefecture in an undiluted honjozo from Furukawa Shuzo in Kusatsu. The brewery's Tokaido post-town heritage and focus on Shiga local rice varieties make this genshu a direct expression of the region's agricultural character.
