Gohyakumangoku from Toyama and Hinohikari from Oita are blended and polished to 65% for this seasonal raw genshu, released between March and May. Bottled without dilution or pasteurization, it reaches 18% alcohol and delivers a crisp rice umami on entry with a sharply dry finish.
