Another classic liquor of our brewery alongside Fukayama chrysanthemum. It is a slightly dry liquor with a soft sweet scent derived from rice. The mouthfeel is mellow and the taste of rice is strong. The throat is sharp and passes. Later, you can feel the lingering of rice.
