Honjozo Akitabare Godanjikomi is a honjozo-grade sake from Akita Shuzo brewed with the five-stage fermentation method (godanjikomi) under the Akitabare label. The addition of a small amount of distilled alcohol, as permitted in the honjozo category, enhances the aromatic expression while the godanjikomi process contributes body and sweetness.
