Honjohonjozokoshu Sakeobu Senkyuhyakukyujuhachi Binteji

🍶
Description

A honjozo koshu (aged honjozo) from Koizumishuzou in Chiba, this sake carries a 1998 vintage designation, making it a significantly matured expression. Koshu aging develops complex amber hues, caramel and dried fruit notes, and a distinctly different character from fresh sake. The honjozo base, with its small distilled alcohol addition, provides a structural foundation that supports long-term aging.
