Description
Hokuyo Murokanamagenshu is an unfiltered, unpasteurized, undiluted sake from Honjo Shuzo in Toyama, produced with the intention of expressing the full, unadulterated character of the rice through minimal processing. The brewery uses Toyama's Tateyama snowmelt water and in some expressions opts for a relatively low polishing ratio around 70% to retain the grain's inherent umami richness. This raw, uncut sake delivers intense, layered flavor and a characteristic robust body that distinguishes murokanamagenshu from more refined or diluted releases.
