Description

Hiroki Ginjo is produced by Hiroki Shuzo Honten in Aizusakashita, Fukushima Prefecture, a brewery that rose to national prominence in the early 2000s under the 9th-generation brewer Kenji Hiroki. Brewed with Yamada Nishiki and Gohyakumangoku rice, this ginjo balances fruity aromatics with crisp acidity and a refined, food-oriented finish that defines the Hiroki house style.
