Description
Firando is the historical Portuguese name for Hirado, the port city home to Mori Shuzojo, and this sake is made from Kasuga terraced-field rice under the London Sake Challenge, where it earned a gold medal in the junmai category. Brewed all-kimoto with spring water from Saikyo-ji temple, it is a white-wine-like junmai genshu with the brewery's signature mineral depth and natural lactic character.

Morishuzojo Co.,Ltd
Nagasaki
Founded in Meiji 28. Only pure rice structure. I want you to find your favorite product without being confused by words. With the thought of Ginjo, the number that represents the rice rime commission does not use the notation of Daiginjo. In order to express Hirado Terroir, most rice is used in Yamada Nishiki from Hirado, and rice rice (Nikomaru, Koshihikari, Hinoshima), which is harvested in Hirado's rice terraces. Koshihikari and Hinohikari are made in Kasuga's terraced rice fields, which are registered as a World Heritage Site. Eventually, we are considering the launch of the Sake Rice Study Group in order to make the whole amount of pesticide -free rice. From the previous season, he launched a brand with a pesticide -free rice farmer. This season, another pesticide -free rice contract will be made and pesticide -free rice will be two brands.
Shipped by unfiltered raw sake without any split water. Challenge the preparation of raw from this season. This season's Horan -kai (distribution party for membership system) will exhibit a drinking comparison between fast brewing and raw.
