It is a special pure rice sake featuring a gorgeous upper incense and a cool kinako reminiscent of the babbling of Morioka and Nakatsugawa. We use the sake rice "5 million stone", which is naturally grown in Haba, Morioka -shi, to ferment at low temperature carefully.
