Description

Akitasake Komachi polished to 40% is the foundation of this Jindai junmai daiginjo from Suzuki Brewing in Akita. Brewed with the Akita-style long cold fermentation method and double yeast blending of Hanakogane and Akita flower yeast, it received the Trophy at the International Wine Challenge 2019 in the junmai daiginjo category.
