Description
Brewed from locally grown Nippon Bare rice milled to 70%, this junmai is part of Okamura Honke's Hidajo line. The brewery uses traditional wooden-tank bag-pressing for all its sake, resulting in a gentle, clean character free of harsh edges and suited to warming.
