Harushika Kioke Sake Dainidan Muneguchiyodanshikomi Junmainamagenshu from KK Imanishiseibeisyouten in Nara is brewed in traditional wooden kioke barrels using a four-stage fermentation process called yodanshikomi. This commemorative release is an unpasteurized, undiluted junmai that carries the subtle cedar and lactic notes imparted by the wooden fermentation vessels.
