by Akabu Shuzo  ·  Iwate
🍶
Description

Hamamusume (beach daughter) Daiginjo is a tribute label from Akabu Shuzo honoring the brewery's original coastal home in Otsuchi, Iwate, before it was destroyed by the 2011 tsunami. This daiginjo-grade expression channels refined elegance through high polishing ratios, offering delicate floral aromatics and a clean, silky texture that reflects both loss and revival.
