Description

Hakutsuru Junmai is a pure rice sake from Hakutsuru, the Nada brewery established in 1743 in Hyogo that is among Japan's largest sake producers and exporters. Brewed without any added alcohol using only rice, water, and koji, this junmai reflects the full, rounded character of the rice itself and the clean minerality of the brewery's Rokko mountain spring water. It delivers a straightforward, satisfying expression of the Nada brewing tradition in an accessible daily-drinking format.
