Hachidaime Kanehirahonke - Junmai Ginjo sake from Aiyu shuzo Co.,Ltd, Ibaraki
Description

Hachidaime Kanehirahonke is a Junmai Ginjo from Aiyu Shuzo named for the eighth-generation head of the Kanehira main house, invoking the brewery's multi-generational lineage in Ibaraki Prefecture. Brewed with Gohyakumangoku, a rice variety known for producing sake with a light, clean profile and restrained sweetness, this expression channels the brewery's heritage through a rice traditionally associated with Niigata'sๆทก้บ—่พ›ๅฃ style.

Aiyu shuzo Co.,Ltd

Ibaraki
Founded in 1804, a sake brewery of Ibaraki Shioki, lined with white wall storehouse. "Aitomo", which was founded by the first generation of the end of the Edo period, is under the spirit of the "Shikai All Brothers", where all the people in the world can be as good as brothers if they open their hearts and drink alcohol. We have inherited the tradition of sake brewing for generations. The sake that was brought up in Kitaura and Kasumigaura, was born in the rich soil [water] and [rice], and the sake that was prepared with it is only a gem that is proud. I want to satisfy the hearts of the drinkers with the charm of local sake.
