Gold Saijotsuru is a ginjo brewed at the Hiroshima brewery founded in 1904, using locally grown Koi Omachi rice and well water dating to the Tenpo era. The sake draws careful fermentation to create a full-bodied yet dry character, and has earned multiple Monde Selection gold awards.
