Gonenkoshu Junmai Daiginjonanakambamagenshu is a five-year aged koshu undiluted junmai daiginjo from the Nanakamba brand by Hikami Seishu in Okuizumo, Shimane, named after the legendary racehorse Symboli Rudolf who achieved Japan's first seven consecutive G1 victories. Extended aging deepens the color and complexity of this undiluted sake, adding notes of honey and dried fruit to the refined daiginjo base.
