It is a pure rice Daiginjo Sake that has been made by 35 % rice from Hyogo prefecture Yamada Nishiki, and has been created by low -tempered fermentation and outstanding technology. The fragrance is gorgeous and the drinking mouth is extremely smooth. At the Tokyo Summit (Showa 61, 1993), the leaders of each country have been enjoyed.
