Description

This ginjo blends Yamada Nishiki and Hida Homare rice, both polished to 55%, at the Yaotsu, Gifu brewery known as Kuramoto Yamada. Hida Homare is a Gifu Prefecture sake-specific cultivar, and in this blend it contributes a mellow, rounded character alongside the cleaner profile of Yamada Nishiki.
