The sake brewing uses the soft water groundwater of the Juganji River, which is the blessing of the Northern Alps Tateyama Mountain Range, the use of the sake rice is used in Toyama prefecture, all Toyama people are all Toyama, and all of the water, rice, and people are particular about Toyama Prefecture.
