Description
Futsushugenshu Nihonbare uses Nihon Bare, a heritage Shiga rice variety, in an everyday-grade undiluted sake from Furukawa Shuzo in Kusatsu. The brewery's signature approach of bottling genshu even at the standard-grade level delivers a richer, more assertive character than typical futsushu.
