Aomori Prefecture's recommended sake brewing -friendly rice "Gorgei" was polished to 40 %, and low -temperature fermented poromi was hung in a bag, collected drops that have fallen naturally, and laid down in a sake brewery and prepared the taste. It is a pure rice Daiginjo Sake where you can fully feel the elegant scent and the taste of the rice of "flowering".
