Description
Fukuju Takumi Honjozo is crafted at Kobe Shu-Shin-Kan Brewery in Hyogo, the prefecture that produces more designated sake rice than any other in Japan, including the famed Yamada Nishiki. Honjozo classification includes a measured addition of distilled alcohol to enhance the aroma and produce a clean, dry finish. The Takumi (craftsman) designation reflects the brewery's skilled, traditional approach to this everyday-grade category.

As a sake brewery that sticks to handmade
For the thirteen generations, we continue to keep the name of "Fukuju".
High quality raw materials, brewer sensitivity, enormous effort and time.
Even if one of them is missing, delicious sake will not be completed.
We do not follow efficiency or speed
Continue with polite sake brewing that you do not need in the times
I want to connect the rich tradition of sake to the future.
In addition to the sake brewing industry, we will also work on various businesses.
It also contributes to food culture and regional culture.
