I made Kiju sake with that vintage Even after about 30 years, Tomi -Naga -Naga vintage with a transparent and pure shine. "Tomuhisa Legacy 0 Takashi Sake" is brewed by combining this with cutting -edge technology. Takashi sake is a luxurious liquor that uses sake instead of the third stage preparation of the three -stage preparation. When put in the mouth, it has a soft smooth texture and soft pampering. While bringing out the complex flavor of the vintage, it is finished in a clear and beautiful taste like Tomiku. ☆ Limited 680 with serial number In the 1990s, when Daiginjo was not yet sold as a commercial liquor, Daiginjo exhibition sake, which was set up little by little every year, was a treasured warehouse for important customers. Limited quantity 680 pieces prepared in this left -handed Tomyu Vintage. One of the serial numbers and signature is written one by one for the treasures like Tomiku -Naga. ☆ I use vintage silver leaf paper for labels The silver leaf paper used for the label was created about 40 years ago at Hiroshima's successive shrine. A handicraft by a craftsman who puts silver foil one by one on Japanese paper. Because of the vintage, the texture is different one by one, and the expression looks different depending on the way of light. Since the Edo period, Kiyosha, which makes gold leaf and silver leaf paper, has inherited the traditional crafts of foil stamping used for folding screens and sliding doors in the mansion, and has now created new cultures such as interiors and wallpapers. I want to create a new value in sake with modern technology, not the old one. We have such thoughts in the label. ☆ A cup to specially make everyday scenes Aged sake and kiouku are the image of after -meal sake, but we design sake quality with the image of matching with dishes. Instead of taking care of it, please come together with the special scenes in everyday life. When poured into a wine glass, it gradually comes out of the cold temperature.
