🍶
Description
Polished to 70%, this taru (cask) sake from Etajima Meijo is the same josen-grade recipe presented in a wooden cask format, imparting a subtle cedar character alongside the brewery's signature mild, umami-forward style. Brewed with soft spring water from Mount Furutaka using the koji-buta method.
