Polished to 70% and brewed with soft spring water from Mount Furutaka using the traditional koji-buta method, this josen-grade sake from Etajima Meijo has a mildly sweet entry with a slightly dry finish. Founded in 1907 as the official sake of the Imperial Naval Academy, the brewery maintains time-honored hand-crafted techniques.
