Description
Light-style doburoku brewed at this Nagano kura in Saku at only 4% alcohol, developed in response to requests from drinkers who found the original Juniroku doburoku too sweet or rich. Made from rice and water only, with suppressed acidity and a smooth, thin texture compared to traditional doburoku. The brewery, a registered Tangible Cultural Property, has brewed kimoto sake since the Meiji era.
