Daitoichi Tobikiri is a honjozo from Tabata Shuzo in Wakayama City, brewed with Kinokawa subterranean water under the brewery's traditional cold-season methods established since 1851. The Daitoichi line represents the brewery's commitment to accessible, everyday drinking sake crafted with the same care applied to its internationally recognized Rashomon brand.
